[Company Overview]
T1 SPORTS is a local sporting goods retail store located in Richmond, specializing in Badminton and Tennis equipment and services.  T1 SPORTS is currently looking for an enthusiastic and diligent member to join our Store Operations Team for the long term.

[Position Summary]
As the Product and Service Associate, you are a capable and dedicated team member who uses your knowledge to support the store’s day-to-day operations by assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor and inventories, providing racket services, and handling online orders.  If you are enthusiastic about racket sports, this position is for you!

[Responsibilities]
(a) Customer Service – provide advice and assistance to customers in person, on phone, and online to complete sales transactions, collect payment, organize sales floor, unpack deliveries, maintain product inventories, and update price tags
(b) Racket Services – string rackets and install racket grips
(c) Online Orders – pick, pack, ship, update, and follow up on online orders

[Qualifications]
-Detail oriented, high willingness to learn with the ability to follow directions and multi-task
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
-Flexible schedule – able to work am/pm and weekday/weekend shifts throughout the year (this is not a temporary or seasonal job, applicant must be able to commit for at least 2 years)
-Basic math and computer skills (i.e. Excel, E-mail)
-Second language in Cantonese and/or Mandarin as an asset
-Experience with racket stringing as an asset
-Familiar with sporting goods products as an asset
